1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ISAR services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and visitors.
2. Service Description
ISAR provides cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software accessible via web browser. Features include invoicing, stock management, CRM, reporting, and integrations as described on isar.lu.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in EUR excluding applicable VAT. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is offered without payment details. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue. Trial accounts may be suspended without notice if misused.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data remains yours. We act as a data processor under GDPR. By using ISAR, you agree to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into these terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use ISAR to violate any law, transmit spam, reverse engineer the software, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules without refund.
8. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, Enterprise customers are entitled to service credits as per their agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
ISAR and all related software, trademarks, and content are the property of ISAR Software S.à r.l. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
ISAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export for 30 days. After this period, your data will be deleted securely.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
