Is ISAR cloud-based or can I install it on my own server?

Both are possible. You can use ISAR on our cloud infrastructure (SaaS), or in our Enterprise plan, we offer installation support for your own company server (on-premise) or IIS/Plesk environment.

Can I migrate my existing data to ISAR?

Yes. Data import is supported in Excel, CSV and JSON formats. You can easily move your customer, supplier, product and stock data. Our expert team will be with you for large enterprise migrations.

How many users can use the system simultaneously?

User count varies by plan. Standard includes 3 users in Starter, 10 in Business. Unlimited users can be added in Enterprise plan. You can define different access levels for each user with role-based authorization.

Which languages are supported? Can I change the interface?

ISAR supports Turkish, English, German, French and Dutch. Users can select their preferred language from profile settings. Different languages can be used simultaneously in the same system for companies with international teams.

How do payment integrations work?

ISAR works fully integrated with PayTR and Iyzico payment infrastructures. For online orders, customers are directed to the payment page, and when payment is confirmed, order status is automatically updated and email notification is sent.

How is technical support provided?

Email support is available in all plans. Business plan provides priority support and access to phone line. Enterprise plan offers 24/7 priority support, dedicated service manager and SLA guarantee.
